My life journey took yet another turn in 2019.  That time I used to meet several people during social gatherings and functions who had a common concern. All of them used to complain that stress is killing mental peace and even more disturbing was their helplessness in containing it. This ultimately aroused a stern 'why' in my mind.

Thus, I decided to take a firm step in January 2019 and that's how it became a mission of my life. Currently, I am working to beat the target of 100 workshops and covering 1000+ kids and parents. Though learning has no bar but from a human being's perspective the best learning age is from 3 to 18. We must make sure that we teach our upcoming generations as to how they should deal with these circumstances in their day to day life? How should they plan their physical and mental well-being? My goal is to enhance their mental health so that they don't need to look for coaching or counselling at the age of 30.
